Place your right hand on the right side of your stomach and perform a wave motion from the right side to the left side. Repeat the same gesture with your left hand and alternate your hands as many times as you like. To finish, place the palm of your hands flat on the lower part of your abdomen, the tip of your fingers joining just below the navel. Keep this position 60 seconds, breath gradually and deeply and then release.
